And The Fish Make Nine. Friday, October 27, 2006. Luke Was Doing Well. Please pray that he will have a good night since the 2nd and 3rd nights are the worst and that the virus will leave his body quickly. As soon as we got Luke calmed down today and taking a nap, Jeremy cut his finger open fixing Austen lunch and had to go to Urgent Care and get it super-glued back together. He is doing well now, he just can't put any pressure on it for awhile. When it rains it pours:). He still takes care of us:).

Today we decided to make the most of all the snow. We went to Emily's school to go sledding! Both kids were bundled up and we got in the car to go. There were quite a few people there as it is a pretty good hill for sledding. Then we tumbled sideways into the snow laughing. It was a lot of fun! Grandma Audreys Copycat Summer Slush. 12 oz orange juice concentrate. 42 oz pineapple juice. 1 can of crushed pineapple. 2 jars maraschino cherries (halved). 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Serve frozen with sprite. Can add mashed bananas. I remember drinking slush at Grandma Audrey's bar on hot summer afternoons, drinking this brings back lots of fun memories for me. Happy Summer!
