Well The day after Thanksgiving Andy and I had plans to go with our good freinds Tom and Robin to Wendover for the Wynnona Judd concert. Andy and Tom decided that it would be fun to come home the back way from Wendover so we could stop on the way home and check their traps. They thought it would be faster HA HA! I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time but it sure makes for a good story :). December 2, 2008 at 1:11 AM.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. 3 Green Bell Peppers. 1 Cup Fresh Jalapeño Peppers (I take the seeds out of all but a few). 1 ½ cup distilled white vinegar. 6 ½ cup sugar. 1 bag liquid pectin (there is two in a box). Chop peppers in food processor. In a pot combine chopper peppers vinegar, sugar. Boil 5 minutes longer. Skim foam off the top. Process for 5 minutes. Serve with cream cheese and club crackers!
