At work my colleagues have commented that I’m not my usual bright self, ready with a smart remark and always having an opinion about everything. I’ve received a number of concerned “what’s wrong? So what are the typical symtoms of SAD:. Feeling hopeless, listless and uninterested in activities. Feeling lethargic, having less energy than usual, sluggish and drowsy.
