I went shopping tonight and bought some Almond Butter, I took a very small taste, and it was REALLY good, I plan using it tomorrow. A New Day A New Diet. My journey to a healthy lifestyle. Health Tip of The Day. Thursday, April 22, 2010. Well, it's late, so I'm not going to write much. Today started out OK, I had my eggs and half bagel, and my new fav. Anyway, I packed Blake some cheeseitz. And I kept on want to grab a few and eat them, even though I wasn't hungry. I worked out on the elliptical for 45 min, and drank a 1/2 gallon of water, and feel my energy coming back, I got a lot done today! But at least it was put together right!

Lauren was suppose to be induced on Saturday at 8am.well baby Kaelyn God (of course) had different plans. Lauren labored all night and finally at about 5am said, "I cant do this any longer." Lauren was given her epidural at 8am. Praise God! We saw a completely different woman. A couple hours passed and the doctor checked her.she was 7 centimeters dilated and almost ready. While we want him here, we want the suffering, confusion, hospitals and nursing homes, to come to an end.
