You are here: Home. The Enabling Youth Programme is a 3 month one day per week, comprehensive intervention. It was established to assist at risk Youth/Rangatahi aged between 11 and 24 years of age. The programme was developed with a vision to work alongside Youth, who are challenged with abusive/violent behaviours. This programme deals with numerous issues such as:. Lack of self esteem. Difficult with Life skills. Difficulty with problem solving techniques. Coping grief and loss. Unsure of Safety planning.

You are here: Home. The Enabling Youth programme was established in 2008. We are part of the Stopping Violence Services (Christchurch) Incorporated, which has been operating since 1984. We have initiated partnerships with both government and community organisations, to ensure that our youth are enabled to develop positive, proactive strategies/skills to move towards creating safer communities.
