Thursday, May 29, 2008. And I'm not talking about milk! Although, I wish I were. Because in our house we only go through a half gallon every two weeks or so. Nope, $4.41 a gallon is what I paid today to fill up my gas tank. After getting my beautiful Volvo back from the mechanic, who informed me that "high-end engines" like mine need Supreme gasoline from gas stations like Shell or Chevron. Sunday, February 15, 2009. We've just returned from a road trip! Finn has now been to 6 states. We drove from Seattle to Portland to visit our good friends Nick and Stephanie. Neither of us have spent much time in Portland (something about Ammon hating Oregon,) but the entire way home we talked about how much we like it there! Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Today, Finn said two new words. Uh-oh and Poop. It inspired me to make a list of all of his words, so here it is. Go (his favorite word). No (our least favorite). He can also point to his head, nose, teeth, eyes, toes and belly button. Still working on the knees and shoulders. It is unbelievable how much his language has developed the last few months. Sunday, March 22, 2009. Finn loves to be outside and is itching for Spring! On Friday, we had some crazy weather. Finn stood and pointed out the window and kept saying "Oh! Over and over while it rained, hailed and blew. And then yesterday, as soon as we woke up he went to the backdoor and said "Go! Weather. Today, it is raining.
