Wednesday, February 1, 2012. My friend Teri used to make dehydrated pineapple when we lived in Colorado. It was so good. I was really wanting some today, but pineapple isn't in season. I decided I would try and substitute fresh pineapple with canned pineapple. I bought the can of pineapple chunks. The chunks were a little thick so I sliced the pineapple in thickness.
