Friday, June 22, 2012. Grilled Lime Chicken with Yummy Chipotle Sauce! I was inspired to cook this meal when I recieved my first farm share of the season! I paired the chicken with an easy fresh cole slaw! 9 boneless skinless chicken thighs. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1 lime, juiced. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper. 2 tsp chipotle sauce. Mix all ingredients in bowl or bag and marinade for 2 hours. You do not want to marinade to long when using yogurt as a base. When ready, grill till cooked!

Tuesday, October 15, 2013. I love roasted peppers! And when I found out how easy it was to make them I couldn't believe it! It is so easy! Now I do two different methods depending if it is snowing. It is not snowing now, it is actually very nice October weather. Perfect for using the BBQ! All you have to do is. Throw whole peppers on the BBQ. (no need to cut them or oil them).
