My Adventures: Sick
http://joeloliver.blogspot.com/2009/09/sick.html
Monday, September 28, 2009. On the last nice weekend of the year, I got sick. Pretty lame. I am not thinking clearly still due to being sick, so I apologize if this is not coherent. In news about my house, my move in date is getting pushed but I don't know how long. I'm still looking for roommates. Currently there are only 2 guys who are interested and I'm praying about what to do. This week is my month end, so I'm hoping to get better quickly so i can work efficiently. Posted by Joel Oliver.

My Adventures: November 2008
http://joeloliver.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 01, 2008. Work has been keeping me busy, but i have had a chance to actually do some things. Last weekend I went to the aquarium with Isaac and Amber and it was such a nice way to spend a rainy day. We took some fun pictures of random things and just talked about life. Just being around people who know you is soothing to the soul. Posted by Joel Oliver. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

My Adventures: Waiting
http://joeloliver.blogspot.com/2009/10/waiting.html
Sunday, October 04, 2009. Ever sit in church and feel like the preacher knows exactly what's going on in your life? I had one of those feelings today. His sermon started by saying that God never tells us to wait to live. He tells us to wait on Him sometimes, but we often wait until we graduate college, or get married, or have a house, or have kids, then wait for the kids to leave, then your life is mostly over before you put any thought into living. Posted by Joel Oliver. Seriously I will help you!

a different place and time: not for the faint-hearted
http://place-and-time.blogspot.com/2009/02/not-for-faint-hearted.html
To each their own adventure. Below you'll find a little about mine. Keep in touch and tell me about your life's journey, too! Sunday, February 8, 2009. Not for the faint-hearted. Something of note recently came to my attention. Of all the fascinating people in Antarctica, Joe, who I met last year on The Ice, is back again this year as a shuttle driver. He is also celebrating his 80th birthday! My friend, Kris, wrote a nice post about him. Happy Birthday, Joe! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

a different place and time: a gift for love
http://place-and-time.blogspot.com/2009/02/gift-for-love.html
To each their own adventure. Below you'll find a little about mine. Keep in touch and tell me about your life's journey, too! Saturday, February 14, 2009. A gift for love. The first of many changes: For Valentine's Day (and my brother, Matt's birthday), my sister, Sara, who is visiting, and I took a little trip out this morning and donated my hair to Locks of Love. I needed a cut and although, I love my long hair, I am glad a child with cancer will get a wig with some of my locks! I love the haircut!
