We usually go to Big Bear since it's local and we have a condo to stay at. We decided that this year we would have a fun winter vacation to the best snow, Mammoth. And it was the best! I will try and post the recipes I use and have a protein and vegetable every night. Let's see how my 1st week goes. (FYI - I am very big on leftovers. I am not a fan of cooking every night.).
