Monday, 9 February 2009. Ok, so my son Zayd arrived 25 days ago masha'allah, i just have'nt had time to post. Something had to give and it ended up being my blog. I could'nt resist giving up facebook lol! Zayd was born on 15th January, after a rather long and 'labourous' birth! It hurt ALOT, i had all the drugs, but was worth every single second of pain and every stitch lol. I have posted a pic that i took a couple of days ago. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Saturday, 31 May 2008. Here we go, it has taken me several days to write the second part to this, i have just be overly busy and so tired this week, don't know what's wrong with me. Anyway, yes, our Islamic wedding. It was'nt. What i expected at all. Firstly, i thought we'd at least be in the same roon. But we were in ajoining. Rooms with a curtain to seperate. Have anyone, Youcef. Asked for my permission to allow his cousin to give me to Youcef. Which i obviously agreed with. Given it much thought.

Saturday, 26 April 2008. So tomorrow is a little more of helping my mum, but also getting my nails done (nice) and doing a little shopping hopefully. May even go and get a house plant. That was my boring and short blog, i am almost sure i will have more to tell next week ;). Friday, 25 April 2008. Not a great day. Friday, 28 November 2008. Tuesday, 18 November 2008. Last week was awful! As many of you already know, i was in hospital last week for 4 days, it was awful! Blood clot on my lung, which has now gone due to many blood thinning injections! I'm still on the injections, just waiting to hear when i can stop having them. Friday, 25 July 2008. The weekend is here. at last! Wow, what a week at work, it has or at least feels like the longest week i've ever had! Going to attempt to make Paella for the first time over the weekend, hopefully it will go well and taste yummy. We have the baby's first official scan on Tuesday morning and we're excited. Thursday, 23 October 2008. I got back on Tuesday evening from 2 nights in Poland, had a lovely time. Think i came back more tired though, as slept in the hardest bed ever! It was lovely to get away from the norm for a couple of days, but missed hubby too much as usual. I went with my mum, was nice to actually spend a bit of time together for a change. Tuesday, 30 September 2008. I would like to wish all Muslims/Muslimahs a Happy Eid. Unfortunately my husband and i could not celebrate together today, we both had to work. I am proud that my husband has fasted for a whole month, he has done very well and only a few mood swings lol. Fasting is definately something you should all feel good about and proud of ladies (and gents). May you all have a wonderful Eid and celebrate together and be happy. and eats lots of yummy food and cakes. Happy Eid once again!

Monday, 30 June 2008. What an awful time i am having with this pregnancy! I cannot describe how horrid i feel, although i am sure there are many women who can understand this. But we can't have everything eh? I have also stopped studying Islam as i cannot concentrate on anything and just feel nothing. Is'nt this so awful?
