Friday, 16 July 2010. Donna Wilson is one of my most favourite designers right now- i LOVE her stuff. I work at Heal's where she is one of their 'Heal's Discovers' artists so I am always surrounded by her wonderful whimsical wares. Donna graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2003 with an MA in Mixed Media. Her work ranges from beautiful ceramics, furnishings and all kinds of weird and wonderful objects. Friday, 22 January 2010. Jonny hannah printmaker and illustrator extraordinaire. Jonny graduated in 1996 and since then has worked as a full time illustrator working for a huge range of clients such as The New York Times, Walker Books and The Daily Telegraph- he is also a member of the Heart agency. Thursday, 27 January 2011. I love the work of Hennie Haworth. Who I recently came across online. Her website is fantastic showing a range of work covering typography, pattern design, editorial and book covers. A graduate of Brighton University she has illustrated for clients including Penguin, Habitat, Time Out and Bloomsbury Children's Books. Friday, 15 January 2010. Kate Seaward/ i like pens is a lovely illustrator and maker based in Norwich, who also runs the fantastic shop Cherry Cherry. A graduate of Nottingham Trent University 2007, Kate has worked on many a design for clients such as Harrods and even has her stuff stocked in Liberty! I love how her work is a mixture of delicate line drawings, with pattern and also a bold use of colour- her work definitely has a distinct feel to it. Check out her website here ilikepens.co.uk.
