Wednesday, April 30, 2014. One evening I was feeling really crummy and dramatically melted to the floor. Payton brought out her pillow to put under my head and continued to surround me with her many stuffed animals (Cael helped a bit, too). It was so sweet and I nodded off just a bit. enough to claim a "cat nap." I actually felt a little better after all that loving care! Sunday, April 20, 2014. Thursday, April 17, 2014. Monday, March 31, 2014. The bluebonnets are phenomenal this year. I'm attributing it to our very cold (for Austin! Winter. I saw so many fields for good photos and I love seeing others out taking pictures. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Painting With a Twist. Troop 1612 participated in a painting party at Painting With a Twist on Saturday. The Brownies earned their painting badge and the Daisies earned a petal. We had our whole troop plus two girls who were are in our troop last year, but did not return this year due to scheduling conflicts. I was SO happy to have planned this event and I think all of the girls had a LOT of fun! Chloe and Timber have become buddies. Enjoying a nice day. Happy New Year 2015!

I can't believe it. Scott brought flowers to me Thursday evening. I am thankful I have a husband who doesn't shower me with flowers. He gives me flowers just when I need them the most. Saturday, November 30, 2013. Thanksgiving. it didn't go quite as planned for the Bodnars. Payton was sick with what we later found out to be the flu. Scott stayed home with her, which was a good thing for him since he had/has a possible slipped disk with leg tingling/pain and some loss of muscle strength. (He had an MRI on Friday.). Here are a few pictures from the day. My favorite of the year was Drew, "I'm thankful for my human body.". My buddy and me ;). Girl Scouts, Tail Tales. This was a fun meeting!

Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Austin's Children's Museum moved into a new building at a new location, near Dell Children's Hospital. And it has a new name. The Thinkery! It opened in early December.
