It makes prepping for my week easy and my husband is obsessed with it! 1 large yellow onion (diced). 1 can diced tomatoes. 1-3 cups of veggies you like. 1-3 cups of spinach. 1 tbsp olive oil. 2 tbsp Curry seasoning.
