Saturday, April 24, 2010. Napa: It's not a bad place. A few weekends ago, we headed to Napa. There's this amazing dog park there. The following weekend we went again when Tim's friend from Chicago came into town. I was pretty excited when I figured out how to make the water look like water. This is pretty much Turkey's heaven. Monday, May 3, 2010. Freestone, CA: a 35th Birthday Celebration. Yesterday, two of my very long-time friends and I spent the day together to celebrate our 35 th. Birthdays. We've been friends since about age 5! We all were born a few weeks apart. It was great to share the day with people that know you so well. Here are a few shots from the spa we went to for the day. We stopped by a fabulous bakery. On the way out. Besides the spa, it's pretty much the only thing in the tiny town, Freestone.

Tuesday, October 5, 2010. I had a great visit with old friends a couple weeks ago. I flew into Atlanta to hang out with my bestest. Friend from my Corps Member AmeriCorps. Days Heather and I were only together 10 months in that program, but our friendship will last a lifetime. Last time I saw her, she was prego. With her first, who is now almost 7! Besides catching up a lot and getting to know the kiddos, we went to the Dekalb. Which is really an international market. It was awesome! To visit another NCCC.
