My Journey in Painting. Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Keeping On and Moving On. I finished the last post by mentioning I had exciting news so I think I'll start with that today. We have for some time now been looking for a house and we finally found THE one that fits our needs and we like! We looked at about 100 houses! It has a lot more space, it is very close to the kids' school and activities and the best part of all is that it has a great space for my studio, full of natural light! Estamos muy entusiasmado...

Phyllis Adams - A Painting Journal: Wader Continued - Step 4
http://phyllisdadams.blogspot.com/2012/03/wader-continued-step.html
Phyllis Adams - A Painting Journal. Saturday, March 31, 2012. Wader Continued - Step 4. Spent an hour or so working on the painting, mostly on the foreground and the weeds. Dont like the weeds, will try to make them more blocky and colorful, maybe tie in some of the color I will use for the background and foreground. I want to incorporate some red into the painting, it really helps to pop the other colors. Posted by The Paint Studio and Gallery. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wader Continued - Step 4.

Phyllis Adams - A Painting Journal: Quiet Waters
http://phyllisdadams.blogspot.com/2012/05/starting-new-painting-trying-for-more.html
Phyllis Adams - A Painting Journal. Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Starting a new painting, trying for more quieter waters and to create some interest with the pilings and dingy shapes, will try to have the shapes create a pathway into the painting and the water. My mantra to keep in mind - simplfy - , not so easy. Square format will use a 24x24 canvas. Initial Sketch - pen and paper - 3 inches by 3 inches. Drawing edited a bit in Photoshop - like the birds on the pilings. Posted by The Paint Studio and Gallery.
