So, how do we allow space for our true self to come into being? How do we really move on? The only way to really do this is by letting go of who we are to allow ourselves to become who we really need to be. For me that meant a complete decluttering of my environment. Removing all the ‘stuff’ that didn’t serve me anymore. And how liberating that feels?
