Enjoying the little things in life. Finally. the secret of sleeping Caitlyn is revealed! After weeks of her getting up hourly at night, we decided to try something new. that is. to switch off the light completely. And. amazingly it works! Previously we used a dim sleeping light but maybe that's still too bright for Caitlyn. Apparently she prefers total darkness to sleep in. Well she still wakes up but at least not hourly! Even sometimes she sleep straight from 10pm to 3.30 or 4 am. It's really heartwarmi...

http://www.anotefromtoday.blogspot.com/2012/06/vrooom-present-shaped-card.html
Enjoying the little things in life. Vrooom. Present-Shaped Card. Another card made for Vio's ex-class mates in Apple Tree, whose birthday is today! Vio is invited to his house. Seems like lately Vio likes to go to his house to play). Please pardon the blurry photos. It was taken using my handphone in the wee hours of the night, when all are asleep! The card is made with my beloved Silhouette machine. And of course. washi tapes! Haha Do you see the cars tape used? I'm in love love love with it!

Enjoying the little things in life. A cute and rather amazing thing: Vio can help us "take care" of mei-mei now! When I asked him to "take care" of Caitlyn for a little while (while she was sitting on her baby chair and I wanna take something for a while), Vio happily agreed to do it. He said ". To entertain her. And also passed her some of her teething toys and said to her: ". Which means bite in english) haha! Ahem do you see the headband that Caitlyn was wearing? Isn't it soooooo cute? Is boy and girl!

Enjoying the little things in life. Caitlyn 1 Month: Sleeping Beauty. Time really flies. Our baby is now 1 month old! Caption id="attachment 2142" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Sleeping Beauty"]. During the first month, she sleeps most of the time. And as for the time when she wakes up, she spents most of them. Crying! Of course there are some days where she's awake most of the time, and some days where she sleeps most of the time. Enjoying the little things in life. A Day In The Life of A Working Mom. I've been thinking for a while to make something like "A Week in The Life", but I'm not sure whether I can do it. It does seem like a lot of work, and at the moment I feel like I'm really BUSY enough. So well, today as I'm surfing the net, I read some entries about A Day In The Life of A Working Mom, and it's kinda inspire me a bit! And we just returned from a short trip to Jakarta yesterday. Time to go to work! I waved and kissed by...

A Note from the Farm
A Note from the Farm. Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Which brings me to today. I concluded nursing this week, and since I want to believe that Fenn is our last child, then my childbearing, nursing years are behind me. This morning I had eggs for breakfast and it was hard to swallow the last two bites. They tasted to me like eggs tasted prior to pregnancy, yuck! Our delicious orange yoked eggs don't taste good to me any longer, and the thought of preparing them even makes my stomach turn. The stone was found ...

A Note From The Queen
Monday, August 18, 2014. I'm excited to say I'll be going on a mission trip to Costa Rica to bless them with some colorful murals. I'm doing an art fundraiser to help defer the cost of the trip over on the A Note From the Queen facebook page. A Note From The Queen. Thursday, May 1, 2014. My own corner at the art gallery :). Not all those pieces are still there, I've sold a few, switched out a few, but it's my corner :). A Note From The Queen. A Note From The Queen. A Note From The Queen. This piece is a ...

A Note From the Teacher
A Note From the Teacher. Thursday, October 05, 2006. See the Student-See the Parent. Even before I meet any of my student's parents, I can get an idea about the parent, through the actions and words of the student. The student is usually a direct reflection of the parent. If the child is loud, rude and insist on having the last word after you have reprimanded him/her, then the parents are usually the same way; loud, rude and obnoxious and usually want the last word. A Note From The Teacher.

A Note from Todd
A Note from Todd. A lesson from Nanny’s custard …. It’s Christmas Eve, and I’ve just finished making my Grandmother’s custard. We called her Nanny. Each time that I make this custard, I am reminded of why I only make this two times each year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Is it difficult to make? Hour, while stirring constantly. Why has it become so hard for us to make a commitment in the area of our time? Do I have a Spiritual “Freezer”? As Christians, we can have the best intentions in the world but if...

A Note from Your Pastor
A Note from Your Pastor. The weekly newsletter article of Rev. Mike Sears. Thursday, August 13, 2015. Week of August 9, 2015. I always like this time of year. Maybe its the idea of this time of year: football season kicking off; fall weather cooling down the dog days; the welcomed shift back into the school rhythm; and, the ever-approaching festivals and holidays. Sure, it helps that between late September and early November my whole household will have celebrated a birthday. Posted by Mike Sears.
