Thursday, April 30, 2009. Can you believe it is May already? Where has 4 months of the year gone? Stats as of 1 May:. Body Fat: 29.5%. I'm now officially in a "healthy" BMI range! Ok, if I put on any more than 50g I'm back in overweight waters, but it is still a nice feeling! My body fat is under 30%! At my healthiest last year, it was almost 40%. Sunday, April 26, 2009.
