Life, Love, and the Body of Christ: All in My Head
http://hullingerhijinks.blogspot.com/2013/06/all-in-my-head.html
Life, Love, and the Body of Christ. Destroying the works of the enemy one lie at a time. Sunday, June 16, 2013. All in My Head. I don't share the gospel with the lost. I don't pour over the scriptures in search of spiritual food and the nourishment of my soul. I don't visit prisoners, listen to widows tell me stories about the good old days or do their yard work. I don't spend time with fatherless boys showing them how to be a man. July 1, 2013 at 7:02 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I love to pr...

Deus Caritas Est: 30,000 feet
http://hiscorner.blogspot.com/2011/01/30000-feet.html
Sunday, January 2, 2011. I'm about 30,000 feet in the air right now. Sort of dehydrated because this water is quenching my burning throat. One little cup isn't going to cut it. And the injustice of it all; open seats in first class. Wonder if I had asked earlier, I could have been bumped up. (I did get a nifty little free blanket). She had mercy, another cup of water is on it's way. My throat now has an abundance of this wonderfully cooling liquid. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). You surely have come...

Deus Caritas Est: November 2010
http://hiscorner.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 12, 2010. All I wanted was food and a movie. It's really not too much to ask for. I didn't want my eyes opened to the pain. And I got so much more than I bargained for. Waiting in line, I saw her bloodied up face. The sad look in her eyes told a story. Bruises and blood covered her features. A shell of her once beautiful glory. All she wanted was love and acceptance. It's really not too much to ask for. Instead she got a backhand and a fist. So much more than she bargained for. Only that...

finally amazed: Day off!
http://finallyamazed.blogspot.com/2007/09/todays-gonna-be-relaxing-nothing.html
Saturday, September 1, 2007. Today's gonna be relaxing- nothing happening for a change! The last couple weeks have gone by really fast. School is ridiculously easy, and Spanish is always fun. There's more of an emphasis on conversation and stuff so we get to talk. a lot. Which I like- gotta get those 20,000 words a day in somehow! My favorite thing by far though is hanging out with Chris- I think that's a given! Lol The week after this one should be fun though. We're going to Florida.yay!

Monthly Archives: September 2011. 8220;He who marries does right, but he who does not marry does even better.” (1 Corinthians 7:38). 8220;Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. This is then how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in His presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts and he knows everything.” (1 John 3:19-20). The man asked him, ‘What is your name? 8216;Jacob,’ he answered. Judge no...

And all my fears are realized. Slip quietly through my soul. Dark night runs alongside. And awake knee deep in sorrow. They came for him last night. But morning comes as always.
