The Saturday before, we had a party at the Beach Club and on his birthday, Memorial Day, we had BBQ, cupcakes and ice cream! Drew was the consummate host and though sleepy he partied til the end! Saturday, May 21, 2011. Today Baby S is 38 weeks old! Can you believe it? Seems like just yesterday we saw "two bars" on the HPT. Now, we are planning for childbirth in exactly 7 days. How quickly the time has gone. This doesn't really help us make a clear decision on coming home outfits for the LO. We bought a handful of items is two sizes - newborn and 0-3 months. Today was my final post delivery doctor's visit and though Drew was well fed, dry, and sleepy, he would NOT go to sleep. Sunday, August 26, 2012. So at about 2 am on 8.26.12 my water broke! Within the hour contractions were just a few minutes apart, BUT no dilation. :-( Well, we went ahead with a c/s as planned and our beautiful, healthy son, Luke Austin, was born at 6:39.
