Its more than a month since I posted a recipe in blog. Here is a very yummy recipe that I made multiple times last month and we really liked it. I am sure you all would like it too! Pineapple chunks - 10-15. Basmati rice - 2 cups. Onion - 1 medium. Soy Sauce - 3-4 tblspn. Curry powder - 3 tsp. Peas - 1 cup.

Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaf - 2 from each. Chilly powder - 2 tsp. Coriander powder - 3 tsp. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp. Green chillies - 2. Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp.
