A: Calm Kitchen documents my quest to reduce my anxiety by making and following an eating plan that contains foods thought to reduce anxiety. Q: How does the eating plan work? A: Basically I swapped all white bread, pasta and rice to wholegrain. Then I incorporated foods from my anti-anxiety foods list. Into meals as often as possible. I also avoid highly processed foods which contain additives and high levels of fat and sugar.
