The Study of Jared and Erin: August 2009
http://jarintology.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
The Study of Jared and Erin. Friday, August 21, 2009. I think this is my second time posting on our blog. Maybe I'll become a regular.but don't get your hopes up. I suppose I'm our only hope for this blog as dental school has officially consumed Jared's life. Maybe that will be the pressure I need to keep up with this thing.maybe even bust out the camera more often and download my pictures! As of today, we are 13 weeks along.almost clear of the first trimester. Hooray for that! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Study of Jared and Erin. Sunday, June 28, 2009. The long awaited day for Erin had arrived! Who would have thought at her elementary graduation that one day Erin would be here. graduating from a prestigious university in field of Nursing. (Side story: turns out it was in her late elementary school years that she was determined [and perhaps a little brainwashed! To become a nursing student at BYU.) And here she is! She could not figure it out! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mom and Dad Packard.

The Study of Jared and Erin. Saturday, September 26, 2009. So this Friday Erin and I are going to find out the gender of our little baby! I actually wasn't able to be at the first time Erin went to the doctor due to my busy schedule with school but this time it worked out great as I just finished my first quarter of dental school and have a week break. So on Friday I get to see my baby for the first time! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mom and Dad Packard. Simple template. Powered by Blogger.

The Study of Jared and Erin: October 2009
http://jarintology.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The Study of Jared and Erin. Friday, October 2, 2009. We are SO thrilled! This little guy was most definitely not afraid to let us know his gender. I was mildly embarrassed at how willing he was to show it all off. :) The sonographer took full advantage of this little boy's immodesty by printing four. Different pictures of just the goods. We saw so many different views of this little man that the sonographer claimed to be "99.999% positive" that we have a little boy. Yay for sweet little boys!

The Study of Jared and Erin: December 2008
http://jarintology.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
The Study of Jared and Erin. Monday, December 1, 2008. Had we gotten ourselves all worked up to just be disappointed? So I go to my soccer class, get cleaned up, and check my phone for any missed calls as another student in my class received a phone call from Midwestern earlier this morning. Nothing! Thanks everybody for all your support and encouragement! This is us celebrating the victorious day at Carrabba's (we save this place for special occasions such as this)! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Study of Jared and Erin: 08.13.11
http://jarintology.blogspot.com/2011/08/081311.html
The Study of Jared and Erin. Saturday, August 13, 2011. This year I decided to plant a garden. Our first year in San Rafael, my garden failed. Miserably. I felt completely nauseated most of the time (prego! And thinking about what to cook/do with a fresh tomato made me want to vomit. Thus, the garden dropped to rock bottom of my priority list. Last year, I was preoccupied with my small child and it didn't really cross my mind. Back row: tomato, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, strawberry. This is a Japanes...

The Study of Jared and Erin. Thursday, September 8, 2011. The Del Mar Fair is always a fun summertime activity. There's much fun to be had for kids and adults alike. We all enjoyed seeing the farm animals, eating nasty fried fair food (fried butter, anyone? Walking through the vendor booths to see the latest inventions, and riding one. Ride Many thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Packard who treated us to a day full of fun! Attempting to distract him through the end of the ride by asking him to "find mommy"!

The Study of Jared and Erin. Thursday, September 8, 2011. Carlsbad U-Pick Strawberry Fields. This year we decided to try something new in Carlsbad, U-Pick Strawberries. One would think since so many "middle-man" steps are cut out of the u-pick strawberry business (picking, packing, shipping, selling.) that these would be cheap, or at a minimum, comparable-in-price-to-the-grocery-store strawberries. Ya. NOT. Ever paid $8/lb for strawberries? When Tanner has a better idea of what's going on. :).
