The amazing lentil curry. This is my amazing lentil curry that wasn’t the curry I mentioned before. You see what I mean about the curry. I don’t have a photo but I’d like to make it again. Two cloves of garlic. One big grated carrot. 400g can of brown lentils (drained and rinsed). 1 cup of peas. 1/2 tsp ground coriander. 2 tsp curry powder. Australia Day BBQ et other food. Jules and Son organised an Australia Day BBQ (I think it’s quite funny that everyone going is Asian, but whatever. We’re all Aussie at heart) so I just made muffins to take tomorrow. We’ll make Greek salad tomorrow morning and other people are bringing other things. Since Simon and I are the closest we’re meant to go early and shotgun a barbecue. Good luck to us. Australia Day BBQ et other food. Our house is going well so far. The bed frame came today, so we’ve upgraded from a sheet on the floor with one pillow, to a mattress with linen, to a full bed. Unfortunately the eBay person forgot the screws and keys, so we’ll have to wait. But near enough’s good enough. Don’t know if I mentioned going to do all the enrolment shiz etc so I’m now a Monash student (with an ugly student ID card and an uglier gym card). There’s already homework for Law. I was on the phone with Jia, just before and she suggested some ideas. I had already thought of them, but it had slipped my mind, from all the studying etc etc. Now its left a stick residue on one of the back of my card holders and I think some of the metal things have remain stuck there. That is all for now =].
