We have been training at the masters (Karlsson Brothers) bakery in Sund mainland Åland between March and June 2014. Since the taste of the bread has some history out in the archipelago we think that it will live on in a perfect setting at Kökar. The sea and nature will definitely give some essence to the bread. We are so excited and happy about the positive buzz this project has generated. To establish the bakery out to the edge of the archipelago has been so well received. Kökar is really embracing new potential inhabitants and even more so activities that will generate new opportunities for employment.

Aring;landslimpan is our newest addition in December 2015, we have added honey beer from the local brewery Stallhagen, in addition the loaf is now sliced and lactose free. The bread is an Aland Island souvenir that gives a taste of the life we live out here, in middle of the sea. Ph 358 (0)18 43900.
