Can I just tell you how much I am in awe of my husband? He amazes me with his dedication and his ability to work harder and harder towards his goals. His goal for this year is a Half Ironman in November. To work up to that goal, he has signed up for numerous smaller triathlons. A week later, he completed the Sylvan Beach triathlon - in HOT weather. It was a 500 yard swim in the bay, a 15 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run. He finished in 1 hour 26 minutes and 25 seconds.
