The road in was 90 miles of which only the first 30 were paved. The national park is new, created around 1980, and there are no official campgrounds so we just found a side road and made ourselves at home. Monday, June 18, 2012. One of Flagstaff's newest and our favorite summer festivals is Hullabaloo! It's a music, bike, beer, kid-friendly day in the park. We had a blast and even scored VIP tickets from the company that's installing our solar panels. Wahoo! On our way to the festival! Lily loves her trail-a-bike which attaches to a normal adult bike. Lily was obsessed with this slide, Amelia too. Enjoying the VIP tent- free food and a few free beers. Her 1st face painting! Both of them admiring themselves.
