One of four small but beautiful Red-banded Hairtsreaks feeding on white eupatorium flowers at Gateway. An uncommon Ocola Skipper, an immigrant butterfly from the south, visits the eupatorium at Gateway. This was a VERY large Robber Fly that looks like the Red-footed Cannibalfly, Promachus rufipes, at Gateway. A Black Horsefly, Tabanus atratus.
