Thursday, July 15, 2010. We have had a fun and busy July so far. The kids have been in swimming lessons the last couple weeks. Alexis and Wyatt both passed:) Hunter just hung out with Mom. Alexis had to swim the length of the pool and she did it! I love that she is doing so well. We had a great 4th of July weekend; fireworks and relaxing. We got a swing set and the kids have loved it! Friday, October 24, 2008. Hunter is getting so big! I need to document it. 7 months - holy cow! Wyatt went "deer hunting" with Daddy. He really just rode around on the 4-wheeler. Sunday, November 15, 2009. When Lin passed away, we wanted to do something special for his kids. Give them something tangible to remember him. One of his boys was hanging on to a shirt of his, and this gave my sister Amber an idea. How about we make each of them a blanket out of his shirts. Friday, March 19, 2010. Is it possible to believe that Hunter is 2 already, or that he has only been with us two years? My Mom commented today that it seems like he has been with us much longer. It seems that once a child enters your life, it's like they have always been with you. Happy Birthday Baby Man! Look at them grow! I cant believe it. Time passes so quickly. Friday, November 14, 2008. For Halloween the kids went batty! Many of you know Wyatt is obsessed with the Caped Crusader (we have rented every video Blockbuster owns - 3 times)! So this year Alexis joined in the fun and went as Batgirl. The costume comes with a mask, but after wearing it for months. it was just too much for the picture. Monday, April 27, 2009. Happy Birthday Big Bro! Today was my Brother Lin's Birthday. He passed away on Halloween and I have to admit I have not been looking forward to this day - I knew it would be a tough one for our family. Monday, January 12, 2009. Hunter had his nine month check-up at the end of December. He has officially gotten out of the "just big" category and moved into the "tall and thinning out" category. He weighed 19 lb 14 oz, and was 31.5 inches long. So he has moved to the 40% in weight and 95% for height. He's getting tall! Friday, January 9, 2009. The are beautiful, aren't they? Saturday, July 3, 2010. What we've been up to. Once again I was chastised (kindly) by a friend to update my blog. Here is the synopsis of the last couple months. My sweet and talented girl is so big! A couple days before her birthday, we surprised the kids with this. They were very excited! Mom and Dad might be crazy. The kids finished up their sports. Wyatt LOVES baseball, and is pretty good at it! Alexis played soccer; she loves defense. Then Alexis was Baptized, what a wonderful day! Fun, fun, fun!
