Wednesday, June 8, 2011. It's a beautiful today today complete with a tomato, orange pepper, beets, and lettuce garden installed yesterday! My soil is clay so I've been busy adding top soil to "nutrify" it. In between the garden and end-of-school-year activities, I've been able to do a bit of painting. Then thundered the horses' hoofs- galloping, galloping go his mighty steeds. I grew up surrounded by horses and spent my days in the stables of Lake Bluff Arabians, where my father was manager and head trainer . That's when I fell in love with the beauty, power, and magnificence of the horse. That love and awe continues to deepen with each day. My artistic interests began when I was in high school, but I didn't seek an art education until later in my life. Transform people's lives and promote healing.
