I managed to get hold of 2 plants of this this year, after a 2 year search which included contacting a firm in Scotland! I plan to plant it in your gold/red flying saucer next year. You can divide in the spring, but wait till they are growing for best results. Don’t forget PLENTY PLENTY water! Big Britt Almström, Sweden. Enter your comment here.

It can only help to dispel the myth that “accent plants have nothing to do with bonsai” said by an ‘expert’ to a society in Southern England. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Little Cornish Trees: Repotting marathon 1
http://littlecornishtrees.blogspot.com/2015/03/repotting-marathon-1.html
Saturday, 21 March 2015. Spring is here - trees are budding out and many are in need of repotting. Some were trees we had last year that were getting difficult to water properly as the root balls compacted and the water started running off. Others were new trees we've got in that were in need of attention, some were trees in the wrong pots and some are customer trees that have come in to be repotted. The roots are ok, soil is a bit dark and compact so I've washed off as much as possible with a hose.

Little Cornish Trees: June 2014
http://littlecornishtrees.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Monday, 16 June 2014. Honoured and in awe - when a tree finds you. The white pine I wanted as my 'keeper'. The tree was one of several supplied directly by Seji Morimae of S Cube Bonsai in Tokyo for an exhibition in the UK back in 2007. It is true white pine yamadori and is in the region of 200 years old, the wood is solid, the branches are like stone and the balance of fresh new needles emerging from the weathered tree is just about the most perfect way to sum up true bonsai . Bonsai as a hobby is a pat...
