Allen Boulevard has been rejected by the Annapolis Planning Commission. Developers of a 48 home subdivision sought approval to build an entrance to the community along the state highway, just before its intersection with Forest Drive and Chinquapin Round Road. The original plans for the development, approved by the City of Annapolis, did not include the additional entrance.
