BYLAWS SECTION 300: Mission-Ready Standards. There are numerous skills that are necessary for the search dog and handler team to have in order to perform competently in a given search discipline. ASARD search disciplines include wilderness, avalanche, cadaver, urban disaster, and tracking/trailing. A foundation skills checklist and the mission-ready evaluation series are used to determine if these skills are in place for a given team. SECTION 300 Mission-Ready Standards:. On January 8, 2015 Anchorage Police Department (APD) was contacted by Animal Control about a dog at a residence that may have been poisoned. Little Su, a 5 year old English Shepard, became sick after consuming a mixture of anti-freeze and chicken from a container near her home. She was taken to the vet by her owners.
