Tuesday, July 29, 2014. A few snippets from our Colorado trip:. It's not a road trip until Jake throws up. Luckily, he recovers quickly. :). Jake was happy to sleep next to Mickey and Minnie's house. Summer was into all of Tasha's little princess toys. Welcoming me back from my run. Running back from the park. Jake brought his Dusty and was super excited, and Summer danced during all the background music. We tried to bribe the children to go to sleep by letting them watch Frozen in bed. Garden of the Gods.

Thursday, December 19, 2013. We are alive and well. And we'll be coming back to this blog soon (promise! Remember the great computer and external hard drive crashes of fall 2012? About over my technology-hating now. Almost. In the meantime, I have been loving every minute of being a mom of two. Jake and Summer are so sweet together and just so much fun! Sunday, June 30, 2013. Last summer, on the evening before moving away from California, we took family pictures on our favorite beach. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am that we made time to capture our little family at that stage in our lives. Such happy memories! We left at 3:30 am, then I had to drive back by myself. His flight kept getting delayed and having complications. But alas, he is en route to the Aloha state. There were fifty kids in my class, and I had that one rotten egg who I sent to the office on the first day. Ok, it was more like a nightmare. Haha. Today is Labor Day, and I'm just relaxing. I'm watching daytime tv and catching up on my sleep. Maybe I will do some cleaning and projects later. The Thing About Daisies.
