I did probably my best times on my 10km route today without trying too hard or being too committed. I know this because Strava told me so. I am in the Top n for several segments on the route. Scary. After years of a set weekly routine I have made a pretty big change both for relationship reasons (yes, she’s a member there too, is this a big commitment step? And as equally important something I have put off for a long time because of work schedules, but I took the plunge. I have moved gyms (swimming pools). I am now swimming out of the Basingstoke Sports Centre. As a side note what a nice, clean, modern, quiet facility!

Ashley's Tried and True Recipes. Friday, April 25, 2014. Jalapeño and Cilantro Chicken Rice Bake. I saw a few recipes that inspired this recipe, but none we exactly what I wanted, so I made this one up and it was fabulous! I will definitely be making it again. If you don't like spicy, it would still be good without the jalapeño, but I really like the spice and flavor it adds! I forgot to take a picture the day I made it, but here are my left overs! About 2 chicken thighs or 1 breast. 1 cup uncooked rice.
