Hello and Happy Holidays loyal blog readers, it's good to see you again! 3/4 lb. lean ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion. 1 small green pepper, chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour. 2 Tbsp. ketchup. 2 Tbsp. mustard. 1 tube (11 oz) refrigerated crusty French loaf. 4 slices reduced-fat American cheese. 1 egg white, lightly beaten. 3 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings, 6 WW points per serving, 277 calories, 7g fat, 1g fiber.

Monday, August 31, 2009. 2-3 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1/2 cup butter (1 stick). 1/4-1/3 cup onion, diced finely. 1 teaspon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (original blend). 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk. 1 cup light cream. 3 cups milk (I used whole milk). 1 In a soup pot, melt the butter over medium high heat. 2 Add the onions and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. 3 Add lobster meat and Mrs. Dash and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
