AS Essex - SAFE. Angels is a voluntary, parent-led registered charity set up in North Hertfordshire to support parents and carers of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Angels was formed to help families in the community in desperate need of support for themselves and their children. All of their volunteers have children with either ADHD or an ASD and are committed to providing a resource that people will find useful and accessible.

AS Essex - SAFE. NAS Asperger syndrome and high functioning autism support group -. St Albans and Stevenage. The National Autistic Society has two social group meetings in St Albans. These groups meet on Mondays (term-time only) from 10.00am to 12.30pm and 1.00pm to 3.30pm. The group is based in St Albans and the meetings are open to all Hertfordshire residents. AS Essex - SAFE. NAS Aspergers Syndrome and High Functioning Autism – Youth Group. The National Autistic society runs a youth social group which meets in Welwyn Garden City. The group is held Monday evenings (term-time only) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and although based in Welwyn Garden City the group is open to all Hertfordshire residents. There is an entry fee of 1.00. The group aims to help develop individual’s social skills and social networks; creating a safe area where people are able to be themselves.
