Once you are settled you can start focusing more on seeing all there is to see in Europe! Since August we have been to Venice three times, Verona twice, and Florence. Florence has been my favorite so far. Is a great way to get around Italy. It really beats the confusion and frustrations that come along with driving! You can book your tickets online or just buy them at the station. So far we have just bought at the station. Not sure where to travel first? Is a good place to start! Rick Steve's Italy 2012.

There is a bus system that goes to the different parts of the base if you ever need a ride from one to the other. I have used it many times before we had a car when we first got here.
