Her recipes for deserts and puddings are extremely comforting. They have an essence of home cooked meals and can bring any meal to a great finish. We were at Food4Media's MediaPlace: All About Italy and Olive Magazine's 100th issue party, at Assaggetti. Assaggetti's PR people kindly got hold of the recipe for me. Recipe: Spanish Chicken by Eleni Charalambous. 1 Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken and bacon for 7-8 minutes until browned. 2 Toss in the peppers and sprinkle in the packet contents.
