Red Run Fast and furious. The Red Run is a great introduction to the Hill, but don’t go thinking it’s the easy option. The Aston Hill XC trail. Was originally built to be a Silverstone of a track – challenging, technical and loved by riders. It was years ahead of its time and the Red Run has always been the most challenging element of the main descent. Combine this with the cross country climb and you’ve got some serious enduro training. Ricochet You may fire when ready. Stay on target. Stay on target! Ricochet started life as the imaginatively named Downhill 3 (DH3 – the Black and Red runs being DH1 and DH2) and is one of the more beginner-friendly trails in the park, but still maintains a positively alpine feel. It’s a mix of constructed and natural, and was built with the developing downhill rider in mind; each element progressing down the track provides a new challenge. Is this trail for you?
