Mundane Musings of a Madrasi in Missouri. Life is what happens to you while youre working for your future. July 2nd, 2012. And yes, stores that energy as fat. Yada yada.I digress. Exercising in the mornings provides me with very welcome quiet time. Mostly, I find it meditative. It is a great way to begin the day and I love it. I love it so much that I continue with this routine even when the temperature outside dips to the 20s (in Fahrenheit! That is -5 to -7 deg C! That is quite something for a Madrasi!
