Transitions | Lock Your Knees
https://lockyourknees.wordpress.com/2011/04/10/transitions
My experience with yoga. April 10, 2011. Only six more days! I haven’t packed, we are trying to sell a car, preparing for Germany in July, and learning the Bikram Dialogue. I know it will all come together, but sometimes it feels pretty overwhelming. I just finished speaking to a friend in Denver. He moved from Vermont several months ago and is getting pretty settled. I need to remind myself that transitions take time, it will get better, and that challenging oneself is not easy, but worth it.

http://dont-sweat-it-m.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 30 March 2011. Day 30 - done! It's a bit of an anti climax, I feel like. yay I've done it, ok then! It was another strong session today, I was getting deep into the postures and locking those knees, I am still crap with pulling the stomach in but that will be a focus in the next challenge, yes, I've decided I will do this again later in the year. Going off on a bit of a tangent, I saw a couple of people blow their noses into the towels today! And said that his skin felt less dry than usual....

I'm being careful not to over do it and being extra careful when it comes to the back postures. There's not a great deal to report today, I'm taking it slowly and looking forward to completing in 10 days. 23 March 2011 at 03:55. 23 March 2011 at 09:48. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My experience with yoga. April 10, 2011. I was feeling so great the other day, telling a friend about how I haven’t noticed the ‘usual’ back pain in the morning for weeks. Since I felt so well, and I have opportunity to get free lessons at Stowe Ski Resort, timing seemed perfect for snowboarding! Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Yet another Bikram Yoga Teacher Training blog. April 4, 2011. April 5, 2011. Just had a whirlwind couple of days!
