And when I say “adequate” I don’t mean just your standard 8 hours, I mean quality. Sleep in addition to the number of hours. I know I’m not alone when I say that I’ve woken up in the morning to a blaring alarm clock (or blaring child) only to find out. I’m in the middle of a strange dream and not feeling refreshed. 8211; Eye movement stops and brain waves become slower.
