I just had to eat some of my cookies. and a piece of pizza. and maybe something else. ;). Here's been a typical daily menu for me:. Breakfast - rice chex drizzled with honey, banana, or hashbrowns and bacon, or low-fat yogurt, or gf pancakes. Lunch - baked potato and broccoli/carrots, or lunch meat/cheese/apple, or chicken/salad.
