Happy February | Romarin Thyme

Herbs, weeds and words. This entry was posted on January 31, 2011, in Weeds. It is almost February and though a little late to be thinking of making New Year resolutions I find myself doing that. I have not made big New Year resolutions in quite a few years. My resolutions are always small, simple and practical. Last year for instance, I made the resolution to floss my teeth more, which I am happy to report I was really successful at. But I know that it is not that, it is something entirely different.

Winter Stillness | Romarin Thyme

Herbs, weeds and words. This entry was posted on January 24, 2011, in Poetry. This time of the year, you just want to coat yourself in darkness. Wait for the stillness. And listen to your breath. The wind is moving outside. The wind is moving. But I have managed to stop dead centre into who I am. Waiting, breathing, gathering. This time of the year, you just want to coat yourself with darkness. Wholesome, so wholesome you can hardly manage to spit the words out. And this is me, you say out loud. Get ever...

Herbs, weeds and words. This entry was posted on February 24, 2011, in Weeds. I collect water glasses. On one given day I will have two on the go in the living room, two in the kitchen, and at least two in my bedroom. This was my bedroom collection from this morning. What can I say. I drink a lot of water. One thought on “ Water Glasses. February 27, 2011 at 2:57 pm. Drinking more water is my intentional practice for today. I need to get better at it. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Rubber Boot Day | Romarin Thyme
https://romarinthyme.wordpress.com/2011/02/28/rubber-boot-da
Herbs, weeds and words. This entry was posted on February 28, 2011, in Weeds. Today, when I got out of bed, I found Montreal buried deep in a fresh snowfall. The snow was beautiful, with big snow flakes continuing to fall outside my kitchen window as I ate my breakfast. I won’t lie, I am looking forward to spring, but a fresh snowfall is one of the most beautiful things in the world. Demain je vais commencer un cours de français à plien temps. 4 thoughts on “ Rubber Boot Day. February 28, 2011 at 9:49 pm.
