Dreaming of yummy shrimp. I got this in an email today and it sounds so yummy. I can't wait to try it! Cup light coconut milk. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce. 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 pound of uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined (may buy fresh or frozen). Nonstick cooking spray (or foil). Preheat oven to 425 F. Place the bowl in the refrigerator, and let the shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes. Post a new comment.

Note that I am not using ghee. You can use ghee instead of the Smart Balance if you like. I avoid butter and whatnot when I can. Also, you can substitute the meat of your choice for the tofu. Tofu was added to this essentially vegan dish to add some protein and the transform it from a side into more of a meal. Also, you might want to use fresh ginger. Me, I'm lazy. 8oz Fresh green beans, cut into knuckle sized bits. 8oz Fresh Asparagus, cut into knuckle sized bits. 8 oz carrots, cut into comparable bits.

Thanks to all who gave advice about the low-carb tortillas. Yesterday. I think I'm going to try using canola oil first, as that's what I have on hand. If that doesn't work out so hot, I'll get some lard from the market. Thank you all for being so helpful! I'm trying my hand at making low-carb bread today. The recipe calls for oat flour and unprocessed wheat bran. My question is can you pulverize hard wheat berries to get "wheat bran"? Also, if you pulverize oat bran, is that what oat flour essentially is?

I had what the package called, "Authentic British Style Bangers", tomato and basil flavor. I cut them up and sauteed them with a little butter then added some tomato sauce. In an interesting game of Make Due With What's in the Fridge, I created the following meal:. 2 Cans of tomato sauce. I chopped up the sausage and cucumbers and sauteed them in the tomato sauce.
