John offers specialist prison law advocacy services to colleague solicitors who can no longer travel into the South West, South Wales and parts of the South because of the draconian LAA cuts that have slashed the budgets to solicitors for providing quality work. Complex hearings further away are routinely undertaken thanks to John’s base being in Exeter with the excellent communications available to all parts of the country. Advice on Judicial Review is always available. What will it cost?

ADVOCACY FOR COLLEAGUE FIRMS. PREVAILING LAA RATES APPLY Full written estimates provided. John’s private client rate is 190 ph. Fixed fees by arrangement in every case available (See below). 1) General Prison Law casework agreed in advance. Typically 1000 for a general type prison law case. 2) Full service representation to include Specialist Advocacy (see below). Typically between 3500- 5000 depending on distance, complexity, etc. 3) Specialist Advocacy at the Parole Board as a stand-alone.
