The Story of My Experiments with f00d. 1c Sabudana (Pearl Sago). 1 Potato, finely sliced (optional). 1/2c Peanuts, roasted, peeled, and coarsely ground. 1dash Jeera (Cumin Seeds). 2 Green Chillies, sliced. Salt, to taste. Sugar, to taste. Lime Juice, to taste. Fresh Coconut, grated (optional). Wash sabudana. Drain and let sit at room temperature for 8hrs. Add 3tbsp oil and peanut powder. I'll preface this post by saying that though backed by a few factual bits, most of this post is editorial. Most people have had a pork chop. The Story of My Experiments with f00d. Vangyache Kaap (Eggplant Fritters). 1 Large Eggplant, sliced widthwise to create round cross-sections, 0.5in thick. Salt, to taste. Red Chili Powder, to taste. Dry Mango Powder (Amchur), to taste. Marinate eggplant slices in salt for 1 hr. Discard water. Mix rice flour with dry mango and red chili powder. Optional: Garam Masala, misc. spices. Heat oil in pan for shallow frying. Coat marinated eggplant with seasoned rice flour. Less oil is needed if frying covered.

The Story of My Experiments with f00d. For the first time, I made basmati rice as it was meant to be eaten. Minus the oil. Daane pe likha hai. Optional: Salt, Sauteed Onion, Garam Masala, Green Peas, misc. veggies. Wash 1c rice (2-3x) and set aside. Boil 2c water in the microwave (high power). Add rice, salt, onion, and masala. Microwave on high for 10mins. Cover and microwave on high for 5mins. Let sit covered for 5mins. Fluff with fork. Combine cooked veggies (optional). Serve hot. Show me the Curry.
