It’s been such a long time since I last wrote, and here’s why…. 8230;my parents visiting, the last few days of my job, Christmas in Devon with the family, New Year’s Eve at home, and finding out I was PREGNANT! It was completely unexpected believe you me! It was negative the first time, but when I was 2 weeks late it came out positive! I go for my first midwife appointment tomorrow and I am quite nervous about ...

Coming to terms with it. My way of coping with the diagnosis, treatment and management of IBS. I have read a lot about this amino acid on the IBS forums. Some people have even said it has cured their IBS-D ( http:/ www.ibsgroup.org/forums/topic/35944-l-glutamine-will-cure-ibs-d/. Is because of the L-glutamine, but I will keep you updated!
